Muna Contemporary Moroccan Light

This large egg-shape brass pendant light is part of Tazi Designs Modern Moroccan lighting. A new high-end home decor collection and upscale contemporary Moroccan lights handcrafted in Morocco.

Using a fine blade fretsaw tool, the master artisan in our lighting shop starts by placing a paper pattern of a complex drawing onto a brass sheet. then carefully does the intricate cutting work following the curves of the pattern on paper. Brass is cut, sculpted and engraved with extreme finesse.

The fretsaw tool, called “serrouj” in Morocco, gives this style of Moroccan lighting a high level of craftsmanship not found otherwise in the standard Moroccan lanterns. The high quality of these Moroccan pendant lamps is enhanced by hand-engraving over the brass metal giving these high-end pendant lamps added texture and beauty.

Wiring and shipping are not included.

WIRING: Please note that lighting products are priced without electric components. Because of the different wiring standards in Morocco, the wiring is done in the United States and is priced separately. We offer custom wiring out of our Sausalito, California shop and we use high-quality lamp parts to wire each fixture. UL listing is also available at an additional charge.
